a) Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Dispatch:

    • A full refund will be processed for orders canceled before dispatch.
  • After Dispatch:
    • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. However, you may return the product under our return policy (see Section 3).
    • Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable.

b) Cancellation by Buraaq Automotive

We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • Payment could not be processed successfully.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed promptly.


2. Refund Process

a) Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The order was canceled successfully as per the cancellation policy.
  • The product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The product is returned in unused condition with original packaging, labels, and invoices (if applicable).

b) Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (as agreed).

c) Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of approval. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider.

3. Return and Replacement

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can request a return or replacement as per the guidelines below:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Conditions for Return:
    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
